was started in 1976 as a small, people-oriented company with one primary
focus - its clientele. To this day our focus remains the same, with a
staff who reflects that mission of personal attention and clients who
appreciate the difference.

Lee Good, owner-broker,
has been active in Nevada County real estate since 1975, the owner of
Good & Company since its founding in
1977. Lee has lived in Nevada County since 1964. Boards she has served
on include: Hospice of the Foothills, Sierra Nevada Community Services
Council, United Way, Music in the Mountains Nominating, and Historic
Preservation. Nevada County Board of Realtors committees include
Education, Legislative, Multiple Listing, and Professional Standards.
Lee was named Realtor of the Year in 1990. She earned a CCIM (Certified
Commercial Investment Member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate
Council) in 1985. She served as a Nevada County Planning Commissioner
from 1996-2000.

Ruth Berdan has been in sales and marketing since 1983. Her Real Estate
career began in 1990 in the Silicon Valley. In 1999 she moved to the
Central Coast and in 2003 to Nevada City. She had been visiting this
area since 2000 and finally decided this is the place for her. Her
goal has always been to give the most professional service she can
to her clients. Your utmost satisfaction with the process, whether

Karla Arens has been a Nevada County resident for 33 years and a realtor
for the last 18. She has served on the Nevada City Planning Commission
and as poetry editor for Wild Duck Review. A graduate of the UC Master
Gardener Program, she wrote a monthly garden column for the Grass Valley
Union. She has been active in the South Yuba River Citizens League
on the private property owners' committee.

Sharon Altieri has been representing Buyers and Sellers in the successful marketing, sale and acquisition of residential and commercial properties in Nevada county since the early 1980's when she and her husband owned and operated Mtn. Start Marketing. In the mid 90's, she joined the well-respected team aat Good & company Realty. She is comfortable, knowledgeable and confident in evaluating a broad spectrum of proerties including the raw land for new home construction to the custom luxury estate.
Sharon left the nursing field in 1976 to work in the Real Estate Industry, she has earned her Brokers license and has completed several sales & marketing, negotiation, residential appraisal, business opportunity, property management and property staging certifications. She is a member of the National Assoc. and the Nevada County Assoc. of Realtors and has served on several committees including the Multiple Listing Service and Young Professional Networkers.

Gail Fox has called Nevada City home since 1994, moving here from
Marin County. Experienced in home remodeling, building and decorating,
Gail and her husband have also bought and sold income properties. Facilitating
sales of real property has long been a passion. Gail's MA in Communication
serves her clients well during a transaction with her skill in achieving
clarity among all parties. Gail's community activities include service
on the Music in the Mountains Board of Directors and its Education
and Fund Development committees.

Rhonda Tremoureux began her real estate
career at Lake Tahoe in 1989.
Her husband Roy is a fourth-generation Nevada County resident, of a family steeped in local history. A general contractor, Roy built many custom homes with Rhonda as designer/helper. Together they saw many projects through from start to finish. It was natural for Rhonda to pursue a career in real estate.
With their daughter Gina, they returned to Nevada County in 1990. Rhonda joined the sales team at Good & Company Realty. She served on the Nevada County Association of Realtors Legislative Affairs committee and went to the State level to bring safe drinking water to outlying areas. An active member of the Professional Ski Instructors of America for 40 years. She still teaches part time. Her teaching background has taught her patience, versatility, and good communication skills. Her building background gives her an eye for detail in design and materials.
Once again, the Tremoureux family has returned to Nevada County. Rhonda has returned to Good & Company Realty. Her main priority in a real estate transaction is to see it through to a successful closing, with satisfaction to all parites.
